Jose Recio-Ayon, age 25, in a federal court has been sentenced to a federal prison for 10 years for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin and possession of cocaine.

On Monday of this week, Lorenzo Inda-Lopez, age 23, in a federal court was sentenced to a federal prison for 18 months for his part in the distribution of heroin.

Some background information: Recio-Ayon and Inda-Lopez were part of a 15 plus member drug trafficking organization (DTO) operating in Oregon and Southwest Washington that was taken down by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in February of 2015.

As members of this DTO, Recio-Ayon and Inda-Lopez were connected to the drug related death of Brandon Maddox of Salem, Oregon in August of 2014.

Both Jose Recio-Ayon and Lorenzo Inda-Lopez (most likely a Mexican national) have immigration detainers placed on them by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
