Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report
June 27, 2019
It has been an interesting last full week in the month of June when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
This week we take a look at for your Pacific Northwest radio listeners a previously deported criminal illegal alien who has been charged with Compelling Prostitution of a minor in the state of Oregon.
On June 17, 2019 The Beaverton Police Department issued a press release titled “Male Arrested for Compelling Prostitution of a Minor” that indicated on June 6, 2019 Beaverton Police detectives arrested 32-year-old Uriel Alberto-Toledo (SID: 339944; DOB: 05/26/1987), a Grants Pass resident, for Compelling Prostitution.
In an undercover operation of an online source Beaverton Police Detectives took Uriel Alberto-Toledo into custody after he allegedly dropped off a 17 year-old minor to engage in prostitution.
Police detectives took Uriel Alberto-Toledo to the Washington County Jail in Hillsboro, Oregon where he bonded out of custody of the jail.
Seeking information on the immigration status Uriel Alberto-Toledo, I contacted via e-mail on Thursday, June 20, 2019 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer Tanya J. Roman with the following questions:
Is of Uriel Alberto-Toledo currently illegally present in the United States of America (USA)?
Was Uriel Alberto-Toledo illegally present in the in the USA when he allegedly attempted to prostitute the 17 year-old minor on June 6, 2019?
Did ICE place an immigration detainer on Uriel Alberto-Toledo during the time he was incarcerated at the Washington County Jail?
Has of Uriel Alberto-Toledo ever previously served time in a federal prison for an immigration crime or violation?
How many times if any has of Uriel Alberto-Toledo been removed from the USA?
If Uriel Alberto-Toledo has been previously removed from the USA, what were the dates, times and locations he was removed from the country?
Does ICE Public Affairs know of Uriel Alberto-Toledo’s country of origin?
On same day, June 20th, ICE Public Affairs Officer Roman sent via e-mail the following response to my preceding questions on Uriel Alberto-Toledo:
“Uriel Alberto-Toledo is an illegally present citizen of Mexico with a lengthy criminal history. On June 7, 2019, ICE encountered and lodged a detainer on Alberto-Toledo at the Washington County Jail where he was being held on local charges. In spite of the detainer, Alberto-Toledo was released by Washington County without notifying ICE.”
“Alberto-Toledo has a previous history or entering the United States illegally. On June 24, 2009, ICE encountered Alberto-Toledo at the Forsyth County Jail in North Carolina and lodged a detainer, which was ultimately ignored. On March 1, 2012, ICE again lodged a detainer on Alberto-Toledo, this time with the Wake Country Jail in Raleigh, North Carolina. On March 5, 2012, the detainer was honored and he was transferred to ICE custody. On May 16, 2013, an immigration judge ordered Alberto-Toledo removed. On Nov. 7, 2017, ICE removed him to Mexico.
“Continuing to allow criminal aliens, like Alberto-Toledo, to be released to the streets puts our communities in preventable potential danger.” – Tanya J. Roman, ICE Public Affairs.
Uriel Alberto-Toledo can be added to a list of far too many criminal illegal aliens in the Pacific Northwest sanctuary states of Oregon and Washington who have been released from the custody of county jails where jail deputies failed to comply with an ICE immigration detainer.
An update, on the morning June 27th I contacted ICE Public Affairs and found out that Uriel Alberto-Toledo still remains out of ICE custody.
