Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

June 13, 2019

Lars:

It has been an interesting second full week in the month of June when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners a felonious criminal illegal alien who for a second time illegally reentered the United States of America (USA) from Mexico.

According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Public Affairs June 3, 2019 press release titled “Two Convicted Sex Offenders Arrested by Border Patrol” at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 U.S. Border Patrol Agents observed a man suspected of illegally entry into the United States approximately three miles west of the Calexico West Port of Entry in California. Agents responded to the location of the man arresting and transporting him to the El Centro station for immigration and criminal history screening.

Border Patrol Agents conducting the immigration and criminal history screening indentified the man as being convicted sex offender Pascual Nava-Gutierrez (SID: 15460505; DOB: 12/24/1984), age 34, a Mexican national. Pascual Nava-Gutierrez was convicted on March 20, 2012 in Marion County, Oregon for the crimes of third degree Rape and fourth degree Assault.

A previous U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Affairs January 16, 2018 press release titled “Ajo Agents Arrest Illegal Alien Convicted of Rape and Assault” indicated that illegal alien rapist Pascual Nava-Gutierrez was taken into custody Sunday morning, January 14, 2018 by Border Patrol Agents patrolling in Lukeville, Arizona. The Agents were assigned to the Ajo CBP Station.

The June 3, 2019 U.S. CBP Public Affairs press release stated that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez was convicted of 8 USC 1326 Reentry of Removed Alien on May 23, 2018 and sentenced to six months in prison.

My foreign national crime research indicates that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez was incarcerated at the Marion County Correctional Facility (MCCF) on March 20, 2012 where he was charged at that time with Assault in the Fourth Degree, Driving Intoxicated (probation violation) and Major Traffic Violation. Furthermore, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) monitoring the MCCF placed an ICE hold on him.

Analysis of the preceding information:

Fortunately U.S. Border Patrol Agents operating near the U.S. / Mexico border stopped and arrested criminal illegal alien sex offender Pascual Nava-Gutierrez for a second time before he could disappear into the interior of our country and possibly cause future harm to U.S. citizens and residents.

More fortunately is the fact that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez in his attempt to illegally reenter the country wasn’t able to get to the states of Oregon or Washington, where the elected officials in both states like the governors and attorney generals are doing their best to hinder the enforcement of federal immigration law.

A nightmare scenario, I don’t think it is unreasonable for your Pacific Northwest radio listeners to imagine a criminal illegal alien sex offender like Pascual Nava-Gutierrez returning to a sanctuary state like Oregon, the scene of where he was convicted of multiple crimes, and having a state, county or local law enforcement officer, the law enforcement officer who testified against him in a state circuit court, that same law enforcement officer seeing him back in the state on the street, and having that officer not report the convicted criminal alien’s presence to federal immigration officials.

Lars, the second full week of June and another criminal alien report for Lars Larson Show KXL FM 101.1 Pacific Northwest radio listeners.
