The Jayne Carroll Show: Criminal Alien Report

The Jayne Carroll Show: Criminal Alien Report

July 5, 2018

Jayne:

Today we are going to talk about on The Jayne Carroll Show the “U.S. Customs and Border Protection: Criminal Alien Report for Fiscal Year 2018 Year to Date” that I issued on June 18, 2018.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection took into custody and arrested for FY2018YTD 4,886 criminal aliens having 6,127 previous criminal convictions.

The CBP report I issued has both local and national implications on revealing numbers and names of criminal aliens previously deported illegally entering or reentering the United State of America.

Here are the names of five criminal aliens who were arrested and detained by CBP agents for illegally entering or reentering to the USA with previously criminal convictions in the State of Oregon:

Ajo Agents Arrest Illegal Alien Convicted of Rape and Assault

Tuesday, January 16, 2018 | Local Media Release

TUCSON, Ariz. – CBP agents arrest Mexican national Pascual Nava-Gutierrez, age 31, who had a conviction for rape in the 3rd degree and assault in the 4th degree in Marion County, Oregon in 2012. Nava will remain in federal custody pending prosecution for criminal immigration violations involving re-entry of an aggravated felon.” Read More >

Jayne, It is fortunate that CBP agents arrested the 4,886 previously deported criminal aliens, five of whom had past connections and criminal convictions in Oregon, because there is little doubt in my mind that if any them were able to get to back into the country, to a sanctuary state, they would initially be unimpeded by state, county and local law enforcement from carrying on their criminal careers.
