Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

January 18, 2018

It has been an interesting second full week in the month of January when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners at a felonious illegal alien who attempted to illegally re-enter the United States of America from Mexico.

According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) press release dated Tuesday, January 16, 2018 Mexican national Pascual Nava-Gutierrez (SID: 15460505), age 31, was arrested Sunday by CBP Agents patrolling in Lukeville, Arizona. These CBP Agents were assigned to the Ajo CBP Station.

The CBP press release indicated that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez had previous felony convictions for rape and assault in Marion County, Oregon in 2012.

My foreign national crime research indicates that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez was incarcerated at the Marion County Correctional Facility (MCCF) on March 20, 2012 where he was charged at that time with Assault in the Fourth Degree, Driving Intoxicated (probation violation) and Major Traffic Violation. Furthermore, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) monitoring the MCCF placed an ICE hold on him.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection have indicated that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez will remain in federal custody pending his prosecution for criminal immigration violations involving illegal re-entry of an aggravated felon.

Analysis of the preceding information:

Fortunately CBP Agents operating near the U.S. Border with Mexico stopped and arrested serial criminal alien Pascual Nava-Gutierrez before he could disappear into the interior of our country and possibly cause future harm to American citizens and residents.

More fortunately is the fact that Pascual Nava-Gutierrez in his attempt to illegally re-enter the country he wasn’t able to get to the states of Oregon or Washington, where the elected officials in both states like the governors and attorney generals are doing their best to hinder the enforcement of federal immigration laws.

A nightmare scenario, I don’t think it is unreasonable for your Pacific Northwest radio listeners to imagine a criminal illegal alien like Pascual Nava-Gutierrez returning to a sanctuary state like Oregon, the scene of where he was convicted of multiple crimes, and having a state, county or local law enforcement officer, the law enforcement officer who testified against him in a state circuit court, that same law enforcement officer seeing him back in the state on the street, and having that officer not report the convicted criminal alien’s presence to federal immigration officials.

Lars, the second full week of January and another criminal alien report for Lars Larson Show KXL FM 101.1 Pacific Northwest radio listeners.
