It has been an interesting third full week in the month of April when it comes to criminal aliens here in the Pacific Northwest part of the United States of America.
This week we put another face to alien crime for your 101.1 F.M. radio listeners on the Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of The Week Report — criminal aliens charged with financial crimes.
On April 12, 2016 the Salem Police Detectives and the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation announced the completion of an investigation that resulted in the arrest of mortgage consultant Oscar Tejada-Sandoval [SID: 38183], age 48, a resident of West Salem, Oregon.
The current criminal charges against Tejada-Sandoval include Theft in the First Degree, Aggravated theft in the First Degree, Aggravated Identity Theft and Forgery in the First Degree.
The charges against Tejada-Sandoval were filed in Polk County where he bonded out of the Polk County Jail.
Tejada-Sandoval is alleged to have victimized eight individuals and two financial institutions in the amount in excess of $63,000.00.
His known victims lived in McMinnville, Beaverton, Woodburn, Eugene and Salem.
Checking the website today of Oregon Vinelink.com and phone call to a Vinelink staff member revealed that Oscar Tejada-Sandoval [SID: 204834] is currently incarcerated almost 200 miles from where he was initially arrested at the Josephine County Jail in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Double checking Oscar Tejada-Sandoval’s incarceration status, I made a phone call to the Josephine County Jail where a deputy at the jail revealed that Tejada-Sandoval was incarcerated at the jail and being held at the request of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
