Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

December 17, 2015

Lars:

It has been an interesting third week in the month of December when it comes to criminal aliens here in the Pacific Northwest part of the United States of America.

This week we put another face to alien crime for your 101.1 F.M. radio listeners on the Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of The Week Report — criminal aliens who are murders in NW America.

What follows are three examples, the histories, of people being killed by criminal aliens:

Francisco Resendez Miranda, age 24, was sentenced on Monday, December 14th to life in prison in a Benton County Washington Circuit Court for the shooting deaths of David Perez-Saucedo, age 22, Victoria Torres, age 19, and Abigail Torres-Renteria, age 23, who was nearly nine months pregnant in August 2014.

The Benton County Jail website showed an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hold had been placed on Francisco Resendez Miranda by ICE agents monitoring the Jail.

Jose Valencia-Gaona (SID: 20297847), age 47, was convicted by a Jury on December 15th in a Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon for stabbing to death Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez in September of 2013.

During most of the time Valencia-Gaona was incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail, the jails website listed him as an illegal alien.

Ruben Escareno Marmolejo (SID: 21469474) was charged on December 16th in Jackson County, Oregon for the murder Isaac Deleon.

On the Jackson County Jail website inmate list there is a request to have jailers contact Immigration Customs Enforcement officials before Ruben Escareno Marmolejo is transferred or released from the county jail

If there is such a thing as good news coming out of the murder of another human being, at least Jackson County Jail officials are now doing their part at some level to cooperate with ICE in dealing with foreign nationals who commit serious crimes.

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

December 10, 2015

Lars:

It has been an interesting second week in the month of December when it comes to criminal aliens here in the Pacific Northwest part of the United States of America.

This week we put another face to alien crime for your radio listeners — criminal aliens who are dealing drugs in NW America.

Saturday, January 31, 2015 the Oregon State Police (OSP) arrested Gustavo Isabel Vega, age 23, a former resident of Boring, after Interstate-5 traffic stop that evolved into a wild high speed 100 mile-per-hour plus vehicle pursuit, car crash into an OSP patrol car, gun shots being fired by Vega and troopers (no one was hit), a foot chase and scuffle with troopers.

Arresting troopers, after searching Vega, discovered on him 21 grams of heroin and a piece of paper with hand written lyrics from a song that glorified Mexican drug lord El Chapo Guzman (Head of the Sinaloa drug cartel).

While searching the car, police detectives discovered heroin, marijuana, 22 caliber bullets and one expended 22 caliber shell casing.

After a trip to the hospital to mend his bumps and bruises, Vega was incarnated at the Marion County Correctional Facility (MCCF) to await trial in a Marion County Circuit Court on multiple felony charges.

Last month, Gustavo Isabel Vega (the El Chapo Guzman want- to- be), after plea deal removed the changes against him of being a felon in possession of a firearm, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and reckless driving, Vega was convicted of attempted murder, delivery of heroin and attempting to elude a police officer.

On November 24th, a Marion County Circuit Court judge sentenced Vega to 13 years in the Oregon Department of Correction (DOC) prison system.

After the trial and conviction of Gustavo Isabel Vega, a local media source reported that Vega had been previously convicted of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft, felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of heroin and attempt to elude police, moreover he had been deported to Mexico in May 2014.

My jail records indicate Vega was in the Multnomah County Jail on March 29, 2013 charged with same pre-mentioned crimes, moreover, he had an immigration detainer placed on him by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents monitoring the jail.

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

December 3, 2015

Lars:

It has been an interesting first week in the month of December when it comes to issues of crime and immigration here in the Northwest part of the Untied States of America.

This week we will look at the topic of Syrian refugees being relocated to the states of Washington, Idaho and Oregon and across the country.

According to United States State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration, the country since October 1, 2014 has admitted 2,089 Syrian refuges. A total of 2,280 Syrian refugees have been admitted into the country since the Syrian civil war began in March 2011.

The three Northwest states that have received these Syrian refugees; the states are Washington, 38 refugees; Idaho, 37 refugees, and Oregon, 6 refugees.

Let us profile one of the six Syrian refugees relocated to Oregon.

Syrian national Ali Turki Ali, age 34, was relocated to Eugene, Oregon in late June of 2015.

Mr. Ali studied mathematics at Aleppo University, earning his undergraduate degree in 2005 and a graduate degree in 2008.

After completing his university education he was employed as a high school math teacher.

Ali’s family religion is Sunni Islam.

Some back ground on Ali that should trouble your radio listeners; he served in the Syrian Army from September 2008 to March 2010.

To avoid further military service, Ali paid a human trafficker 5,000 lira (approximately $20 in U.S dollars) to help him illegally enter Syria’s Northern neighbor Turkey.

Before being allowed to enter the U.S. from Turkey, Ali Turki Ali’s back ground was allegedly vetted by United Nations (U.N.) and U.S. State Department officials.

After his vetting by U.N. officials, while still in Turkey, he was interviewed by International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC).

Once in the U.S., Ali was interview at the Los Angeles International airport by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

To get to this country, Ali’s $983 plane flight from Istanbul to Portland was paid for by the Lutheran Immigration & Refugee Service.

There are significant questions I can’t answer about the history of allowing Syrian refugees into our country:

First question, how effective is the interview process by the United Nations and U.S. State Department at preventing potential Syrian terrorists from entering the country?

Second question, why are “International Catholic Migration Commission” and “Lutheran Immigration & Refugee Service” helping Syrian nationals like Ali Turki Ali, a man of fighting age a trained soldier, into the United States?

Some fast facts:

Big picture President Barack Hussein Obama has made the commitment to receive 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States starting October 1st of this year.

Oregon’s unelected Governor Kate Brown has openly welcomed Syrian refugees into the state.

Lars, the first week of December and we present another criminal alien or immigration report for Lars Larson Show FM 101.1 radio listeners.
