Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facilities

Currently there are four Foreign Nationals (criminal aliens) incarcerated at Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facilities (NORCOR) in The Dalles, Oregon for various crimes who have United States (U.S.) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Holds placed on them by U.S. DHS–ICE (See link).

Of the 64 inmates incarcerated at NORCOR, the four criminal aliensmake up 6.25% of the jail population.
For the twelve months of 2012, NORCOR has averaged 4.92 criminal aliens per day at the jail.
