Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

September 6, 2012

Lars:

It has been an interesting first full week in the month of September when it comes to criminal aliens here in the State of Oregon.

Tuesday, September 4th, the Clackamas County Jail in Oregon City, Oregon had 16 criminal aliens incarcerated at the jail, 3.69% of the jail population the United States (U.S.) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), agents had identified as possibly being in the country illegally. Four of the 16 criminal aliens with U.S. DHS–ICE holds at the Clackamas County Jail were involved in some type of drug crime, 25.00% of the alien jail population (methamphetamine and cocaine).

Wednesday, September 5th, the Jackson County Jail in Medford, Oregon had 12 criminal aliens incarcerated at the jail, 5.22% of the jail population U.S. DHS–ICE agents had identified as possibly being in the country illegally. Eight of the 12 criminal aliens with U.S. DHS–ICE holds at the Jackson County Jail were involved in some type of drug crime, 66.67% of the alien jail population (methamphetamine, marijuana, and cocaine).

This week we don’t have a specific criminal alien of the week to report but instead we have an anti- illegal alien activity in which your radio listeners can participate.

At 5:45 p.m. on Monday, September 10th, the Keizer City Council is having a work session where they will discuss whether or not illegal aliens can be youth councilors in the city.

A current Keizer rule requires that youth councilors for the city be able to vote in future elections, that means only U.S. citizens.

Illegal alien rights groups like CAUSA and PCUN would like to change the elector rule.

Persons interested in continuing the prohibition on illegal aliens becoming youth councilors should contact the Keizer Mayor and City Council members:
