It has been an interesting second full week in the month of May when it comes to criminal aliens here in the State of Oregon.

Ten of the 17 criminal aliens with U.S. DHS–ICE holds at the Clackamas County Jail were involved in some type of drug crime, 58.82% of the alien jail population (methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana).

This week we have a gang of criminal aliens to report to your radio listeners.

Friday May 4, 2012 the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Oregon, announced the indictment of five Mexican nationals (Sergio Quezada Lopez, Braulio Acosta Mendoza, Jose Romo Gonzalez, Jose Aldan Soto, and Julian Hernandez Castillo) for conspiracy that resulted in the April 16th death of 21-year-old Laurin Putnam, a resident of Keizer, Oregon. Ms. Putnam died from an overdose of heroin.

All five of the Mexican nationals U.S. DHS–ICE agents have identified as possibly being in the country illegally.

This year’s Oregon State Medical Examiners (OME) report indicated 240 Oregonians died in 2011 from illicit drugs; 143 (59.58%) of those drug related deaths can be linked to heroin.

Whose dealing the drugs that resulted in the deaths of so many Oregonians?

March numbers obtained from the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) indicated there were 190 criminal aliens incarcerated for drug crimes; 176 (92.63%) of those aliens declared their country of origin as being Mexico.

Lars, the second week of May, and four different criminal alien reports for your KXL 101.1 radio listeners.
