Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report
March 15, 2012
It has been an interesting third full week in the month of March when it comes to criminal aliens here in the State of Oregon.
Thursday, March 15th, the Marion County Correctional Facility (MCCF) in Salem, Oregon had 41 criminal aliens incarcerated at the jail, 9.95% of the jail population the United States (U.S.) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents had identified as possibly being in the county illegally. Five of the 41 criminal aliens with U.S. DHS–ICE holds at the MCCF were involved in some type of drug crime, 12.19% of the alien jail population (methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine).
This week we have a trio of criminal aliens of the week to report to your radio listeners.
Tuesday, March 13th Oregon law enforcement agencies busted a drug trafficking organization that was operating in Benton, Linn, and Marion counties and arrested 15 individuals.
Law enforcement authorities confiscated in their combine raids 4 pounds of methamphetamine, seven pounds of heroin, 2 1/2 pounds of cocaine, firearms, and approximately $95,000.00.
Three of the individuals now in custody allegedly involved in the drug trafficking organization caught my eye:
– Rafael Lucio Ayala, 35, has been charged with money laundering and racketeering and is incarcerated at the Benton County Jail in Corvallis, Oregon.
– Lorena Gonzalas Pulido, 33, has been charged with unlawful delivery of cocaine and heroin and is incarcerated at the Linn County Jail in Albany, Oregon.

The preceding 3 individuals at this time have been identified by U.S. DHS–ICE agents as possibly being in the county illegally subsequently agents have placed ICE hold’s on them.
